Board, market protection officer or sub-committee shall follow the following procedure when inspecting, examining or searching a place in accordance with the Act and these regulations:-

( a) When entering a house, compound, warehouse, factory or other similar place for inspection, investigation or search, enter with as much notice as possible to the person concerned; Allowing the person present to search his body,
(c) As far as possible, inspect, investigate or search the premises of representatives or employees of local bodies or related persons,
(d) carrying out inspection, investigation or search without causing any kind of damage as far as possible,
(e) If any item has to be seized during inspection, investigation or search, prepare a warrant for its seizure and get the signature of the person in custody on such warrant.
